You really can’t tell these are anything healthy at all. They taste, look and smell like sweets. And content percentages are good and I like that it has the recommended daily amount for different ages. This means I can figure out percentage wise how much all my kids have had as I have different age ranges. We have other vitamins that we take so do you want to make sure not to take too much! The packaging says from age 5 upwards which is pretty good too.However, the best thing about these is that they say it improves concentration and focus. My 13-year-old has a bit of a complex that she is not good at concentrating and when she takes these she believes, either because it does work or because it’s a placebo, that she is more focused. That’s all I need to give this a top rating. Really pleased as it’s giving her a lot of confidence back.

If anyone can get their children to take them your better than me … my son refused after the first one … after trying them myself I agreed … not pleasant at all

Be careful if you or you child has ADHD both me and my son do and we tried to thinking it would help us focus however it made both our heads spin and we experienced a head rush which was rather strange, the initial taste is like a sweet it's has a sift texture covered in sugar, then you get hit with the saffron, which leaves a very strong undesirable taste, many years ago I married an Indian man, and I remember his mother telling me that saffron has sedative properties, as it's an expensive spice they only used it for specvial occvaaiin such as Eid and wedding, but in more than often resulted in people falling asleep, so I guess in a small dose it may have a calming/ficus effect, however these things often have the opposite effect for adhd so just be aware

I ordered these for my 5 year old to use however he just doesn't like the taste. He wanted to spit them out straight away. We tried a few days later with the same result unfortunately.This means I am unable to see if there are any benefits but from reading the active ingredients on the bottle, the gummies have a good range. I think the gummies are a good size and if you can get your child to take them you could see some good effects

These supliments are excellent and my 5 year old loves taking these first thing in the morning before school with a glass of milk at home so no complaints.
