I like the way it looks on my stove. When I am cooking, I move it to the counter for use. A bit unhandy to open if my hands are messy with food, but I found that if open the lid BEFORE I start the diameter of the jar makes grabbing a pinch/tsp/tab. really easy. The tiny spoon is darling, but useless.

I have kosher salt in this. It is a nice quality and is as described.

Love the little spoon so I don’t have to stick my fingers in the salt when I don’t want to, but it would have been better to design a place for the spoon to stay on the cellar. We tuck it near the hinge, but it falls off.
