They protect my hands and fit perfectly as-per the size guide
I've found myself in a position where I need to use crutches and a wheelchair to get around. I very quickly found that this is hard on the hands and started to develop callouses and a bit of a bruise. These gloves have since protected my hands and they've started to heal!Prior to these gloves I bought some "gym" gloves which had an annoying piece of fabric which dug into my hand. I intentionally picked these as they don't have those unnecessary design elements which cause bigger seams on the inside of the glove. These ones are comfortable and fit my hand well. The padding protects my palms and my bruises have healed up. They fit my hand as per the size guide and they feel like they are good quality gloves. No seams have ripped or anything like that with some fairly heavy use this week, where cheaper gym equivalents have failed me quicker than that in the past when used for an hour in the gym!As for the price these are definitely worth it. I paid about 13 quid for these and the benefit already outweighs the cost. I wouldn't wanna be out in a wheelchair without these on my hands.Oh also, having the thumb covered is great because it protects your thumb on the occasion you hit the wheel in the wrong way or you would get some friction burn without them. Leaving the fingers uncovered in addition means your hands don't get too hot and sweaty when you're using them constantly and it's just easier to interact with the buttons/levers on the chair/crutches.

good but could be better
the quality of these gloves is top notch however as an amputee both legs in practical use the leather tags serve no purpose also the full covering of the thumbs is a major flaw this makes simple tasks difficult ie undoing buttons writing getting credit\debit cards money out of wallet operating remote control ect ect hence 4 stars instead of 5 i have cut off the inside finger tags and cut off the top thumb portion and hey ho the perfect wheelchair freindly gloves like the wheelchair logo on the back of the gloves come on designers listen to critical feedback and help wheelchair users fat chance rant over
