The media could not be loaded. Cracking in the tray were you put your chips, love the bamboo but for the money not worth it. It would be great if there was no cracking throughout the base.This is a gift for my mom for Mother's Day, I have no time to return this and be able to have it for her on her special day. I guess we will have to try to return this after I give it to her. What a bummer! Beautiful bamboo chip tray though.
