Toyo Large Replacement Cutter Head TC17

This is a replacement head but not sure which cutter. I purchased it to place in a machined bearing attached to a rod so I have a strip cutter (look at Bullseye's website they sell a similar cutter with the same head). Works fantastic. Just dip in oil now and again or attach the pipette filler from a self oiling unit and stick it in the opening in the head.
