IncipioDuo Series Case for 6.7-Inch iPhone 13 Pro Max, Black

The case feels amazing, thick and protectiveDoes not add much weight. Looks good too, gives the stealth black look that I like. However, the buttons are miserable to press! There’s absolutely no tactile feel, and you have to exert a lot of force to press the buttons. When you do manage to activate the buttons, you have to rely on the screen to ensure the buttons are pressed.Might keep the case as it’s easy to slip into pockets and take it out, whilst providing close to silicone cover grip, and looks good without adding too much weight. Also looks like it could protect the phone from drops within reason. However, I totally understand why someone might return it just because of the horrible buttons

I have always used Incipio cases for my iPhones and I have always loved them. But there is something up with this new one for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The corner right next to the camera lenses has cracked and broken off twice now. I figured the first time was a fluke so I bought a second case. Same thing happened again and after only two weeks. I am going to look elsewhere for my next case.

It’s a decent case from incipio! Good looking and grippy, the only reason I give 3 star is the one that i received inner layer and otter layer on top left corner doesn’t stick together, so there is a gap there, other than that it’s a very good case, maybe just the one that I received is defective, I would recommend this case!

The case fits like a glove. The buttons align well. The case feels sturdy/rugged but is still not bulky. Works great for MagSafe chargers. Incipio will be my new go-to case - although I suspect it won’t need to be replaced any time soon. Will be recommending this to friends.

This is my third Incipio Case for various iPhones. Excellent case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max, fits like a glove. Wireless capable charging as advertised. Great feel and quality and odd they don't carry it at any Apple Stores.

Have been using Incipio Duo cases for every model since the iPhone X. The iPhone 13 Pro Max version however has not lived up to past standards. The volume and power buttons feel stiff and unresponsive even after months of use, the fit of the soft shell is loose and easily lets dust and dirt in, and the hard shell does not fit tightly to the soft shell. Recently, I’ve noticed that the hard shell has also warped and is now bent away from the soft shell at the corners, leaving gaps between the hard and soft shell that can be easily felt when pressure is applied to the corners. This has been a major step down in quality and I will likely look elsewhere when the 14 arrives.

I’ve had this case for over a year and now it’s finally time to get a new one. It’s lived a good life and has stayed in good shape. I’m not careful with my phone and I drop it all the time. This case has been a lifesaver time and time again. No scratches on my screen or camera at all. I just wished they carried more colors for this case

I was looking for a decent, sturdy magsafe case for my 13 Pro Max. I was looking at reviews and every case seemed flimsy with a lose magsafe connection. This case is none of that.The fit is very tight and it's dual layer. You have the matte outer hard shell and the inner flexible material with shock absorption patterns. The magsafe ring and line are located on the interior of the hard shell so it doesn't take away from the stealth look of the case.The magsafe connection with my charger is very secure. Snapped right on and takes a bit of force to be removed. It definitely is not going anywhere. This case also works with regular Qi charging. I've noticed most cases don't work with Qi for most phones. Especially with Qi chargers that keep the phone standing up. So that alone is great.I only have two gripes with this case, hence the four stars. There's no grip on the sides. The matte finish helps with some grip but it's not great. A pattern on the sides would have helped. Also the worst part about this case is the buttons. They have zero tactile feel and they're a little hard to press. However I can look past these two things since it's a full functional case and provides good protection with a drop test rating of 12 feet.If you want good protection with Magsafe then go with this one. It's also cheaper than most other brands that are nearly double the price. Incipio usually makes good stuff but they seemed to be looked over by consumers for the most part which is a shame.
