Real AvidSpeed Clean Gun Cleaning System - Includes Jag, Bore Brush & Patches Set - Choose Style Below

Heard about these on a podcast and was looking for a better more efficient way to clean my gun. 2-3 patches with bore solvent, then hit with the brush, then another patch with solvent, let sit, then 2-3 until clean. Simple and effective.Plan on buying more to cover all the calibers I own.

I'm using this in conjunction with RealAvid's cleaning rod, and it's honestly been a game changer. The cleaning jag is machined to the perfect diameter to push the included wipes through the bore while pressing them firmly and evenly against it. This system has GREATLY increased the speed with which I can clean a barrel, and I go through less cleaning patches when I do it.

I've used the same product on a different caliber, and was impressed with the results so I purchased this one as well. It makes getting the bore clean on your gun a much easier, faster process. I highly recommend it.

Ordered despite the negative reviews claiming the patch got stuck.Since I did not see many reviews, I was somewhat concerned.Something I noticed in the package: it clearly states the patches should not be used without the special jag, and the jag should not be used without the special patches.This makes sense, and the fit is tight.Tight in a good way. I was shocked at the amount of crud that came out in the patch, and by the third patch, it was clean.The patches are competitive in price. Two hundred fifty patches seem correctly priced, and I will continue to use this system.They did not invent something new, but this is truly a perfected method worthy of using over the normal cotton patch and jag.I am extremely happy with the results.

The cleaning jag & Brush is awesome. Works great with the rods I already have. The patches work great as well. I liked it so well I bought it in all the calibers I shoot.

This is a bit different than I am used to. I like to keep it simple but this looked interesting. I did like the elongated jag and longer patches.

I like the idea, but my first test was not great. The patches are way too stretchy, and somehow broke at the end of the barrel and got kinda stuck between the rod and jag.I couldn't test any further as I was using a Real Avid rod which was defective, so that will be the only test until I get a good one.Depending on further testing I will decide if it works or not and update the review.

I'm used to a more traditional style jag and patch setup but I used this one without issue. Definitely seemed odd at first, but got used to it. Bore looked clean enough after use.
