Get fitted
The best way for these to work is to find the Dr Scholls machine. I had one at my local Walmart. You stand on the machine barefoot and you follow the instructions it gives and then get the appropriate shoe inserts for you. These made my foot pain go away completely. I’m a bartender so I stand for 7-9 hrs straight daily. These are a lifesaver.

Pain relief!
If you suffer from foot pain, these are a must have. I have owned the CF220 and CF230 for about 6 years now. I wear them in all my shoes. They sure have helped with my low back pain, knee pain and foot
