Have used Balega socks for 7 years. Occasionally I try a different brand and always come back to these. Super comfy, great fit. I’m female with uk size 7 feet. I had these straight out of the packet for a 50 mile race, kept my feet fresh and blister free. Perfect!

Balega running socks are the best in my opinion - keep feet cool/warm perfectly, no blisters or rubbing and stay lovely a soft despite many washes. These more padded ones are my favourite. Cost more than other brands but well worth the money in my opinion.

Bought boots but my socks were causing me discomfort and I began to think my boots were a poor choice. Then I tried different socks and loved my boots and my socks. Nice warm comfy feet. Great. Socks stay on and don't slip .... brilliant

I’ve gradually been trying different Balega styles and these are by far my favorite. These have the slightly better compression than others I’ve tried without being constricting. Good support but still lightweight. Worth the price!

Believe the hype! These are the best running socks I have ever tried, hands down. I have Donald Duck feet: wide forefoot with bunions, low volume, extra-narrow heel and therefore often experience heel slip problems. I used to run in Feetures socks but my toes would feel constricted during longer runs and my bunions would become sore. Well, these Balega socks probably solved this problem! They are oh-so-soft, but no too thick. I was expecting a stronger compression, it is quite moderate in my opinion. The stretch is however phenomenal: my toes can spread freely, and I do not feel pain after a few kilometers as I used too. No hot spots. And best of all: the heel slip problem has been reduced, probably because of the socks texture. Many people have been mentioning the « fraying » problem with Balega socks: yes, if you turn them inside out, you will see some fraying after washing. But it is simply how they are made. You do not feel it whatsoever and it is definitely not a durability concern. I was between size Sm and Med and chose medium. They are perfect and I plan on getting more.

My husband's favorite sock for running! He loves how much cushion they provide and how well they protect from blisters.They are pricey for a single pair of socks, but you get what you pay for.
