The media could not be loaded.  I’ve purchased this product at the end of January and I’m a little frustrated because I’ve only used it 3 times and for some odd reason, I’m not able to power off the tool. I enjoyed it up until this point…

Device has to be charged then when in use cannot be turned off. Nor does it change speeds. The only way it turns off is for it run out of battery. Not happy had like 2 times use of it before it went to crap

I bought this five months ago and used it a few times. I really liked it, I turned it on this morning, and it won’t turn off, and it won’t increase speed. I’ve tried everything. Very disappointedUPDATE! the company reached out to me after posting my review. They were very apologetic and accommodating. Offered to replace the pen. I am impressed.

I have used this pen about 5 times. Last week I used it and it would not change speeds or turn off. I had to leave it on for over an hour until the battery died. It charged normally and started working, then I used it yesterday and it suddenly stopped and wouldn’t turn back on. I loved this pen until now. Very disappointed.

My pen worked great until now. I purchased it in March, this is my third time using it. Now it won't shut off and I cannot find instructions for how to troubleshoot the issue online.

DONT BUY THIS Dr Pen m8!!I returned the first one because once you turned it on you could not adjust the levels. Sometimes you couldn't turn it on. Sometimes you couldn't turn it off. Amazon promptly did a return. When the 2nd one arrived it was a little hinky at first but then seemed to start working correctly BUT not without some fiddling on/off some of the time. I found it seemed to work better only if it is full charged immediately before using it. Now, I'm told the battery is supposed to last a long time. It doesn't matter if it did because you'll never find out if you can't turn it on.Yesterday I gave it a full charge knowing I wanted to use it today. Set it to zero, turned it on and the level would not change. So I set the depth and retried the speed level. No such luck! Figured I turn it off and turn it on and see if that fixes the problem..AGAIN,NO SUCH LUCK. So now it's sitting here on the counter on speed level 1(which was my only choice for treament) and it wont shut off! The most I could do was get the needles out.THIS IS A PIECE OF CRAP!I paid good money for this, bought a bunch of supplies that only fit the M8 by the way and I'm out of luck.The company should make this right by replacing the unit and supplies with perhaps their more proven model(from what I understand) the Dr Pen 6.(needs to be plugged in but hey, if it works that's a step in the right dircection)So here it sits Running on my counter until the battery runs out. My first machine did not work well and the seller was exceptional for taking care of that issue!! The new machine work amazing and it does Wonder on my skin!!! My face is glowing!! Looks so young and beautiful I cannot say it enough word about this machine!!

So as much as I love this pen, I’m HIGHLY disappointed. The button works when it feels like it. I can’t turn it on at times, or it won’t shut off and I have to let it die. Some days it turns on, other days it doesn’t. Aside from this AMAZON HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH DR. PEN. With that being said, the lovely warranty that the actual Dr. PEN company has for their products goes out the window. They normally have a 12 month or lifetime warranty but that won’t help you if you buy this from Amazon. ALSO, customer service from Amazon will not be able to help you either. I tried calling to see if they could replace the item or even refund me if they couldn’t do that, but they said no because I’m out of the “30 day return window”. So I’m supposed to know when the pen is just going to stop working with an issue that MANY PEOPLE have complained and made reviews about? And now I can’t get it replaced because the warranty isn’t valid because of the way Amazon is reselling it? Amazon said the only thing they could do after being on the phone with them for almost an hour was try to offer me $25 gift card…. I was so offended and felt so degraded by that. I declined that offer as I felt it was money to hush me up for my concerns and their unwillingness to help me.
