i use these when i wax my hands. i put plastic bags on and then these mitts on top of them. the quality of the material is okay but i wish they were a little thicker. the real problem is they don't stay on. i still use them but put elastic around the wrist, which is quite a feat for the second hand, and then i put my hands under a blanket.

you can use oven mits, but for this price and the ability to close along the wrist with the velcro its much worth it. Get now to assist with your Paraffin wax system.

Works okay, but I think I could have made something similar, with probably a thicker terry cloth. I have large hands for a woman, so I would have liked a little bit bigger mitt.
