Reading reviews almost kept me from buying this but I gave it a try anyway. As a carpenter/electrician it wasn’t very hard to installIt took longer to unwrap the protection paper and packing than to assemble it and hang inIt only comes with picture directions so it’s pretty straightforwardHas a dimmer and different light huesOverall pleased with it!

Not a quality product. Broke after several months. It worked OK at the beginning. But started to have buzz sound when turned on several months later. Then after one or two months, it totally stop working. Wire and connections have no problem. Wasted a lot of installation cost.

It’s not easy to install but is so worth it, very pretty and lights up the whole room

The assembly of this LED light is not complicate. The LED light certainly works well and very bright. You can dim it as well. The remote has the choice of controlling four different part of LED light. But it only work as a whole.

It's a beautiful light. I was concerned about how bright it would be. It effortlessly brightens my living room (240 sq ft) and some.

I'd like to give it 2 1/2 stars for an average.THE GOOD:It works VERY well.The "cool" gets brighter colors than anybody would want, and the "warm" gets VERY warm, and everything in between. You can finetune your light environment by working in harmony with the brightness.The brightness control adjusts the brightness from nightlight level to extremely bright.I hope it lasts.It's sturdy.It's beautiful.THE BAD:The mounting. !!! ZERO STARS !!!They don't send you mounting bracket that fastens to a threaded post from your box in the ceiling. Instead, they send you a VERY FLIMSY mounting bracket that has no hole in the center for the threaded post. and it is flat, no L shape. You're supposed to mount the entire fixture with four small plastic drywall anchors. Well, I tried it, but the mounting bracket would not hold the fixture up. It just bent. I could not mount it. If I did somehow manage to mount it, it would be a safety hazard. It could fall at any time. The wires would not catch the fixture, they would just come loose from the plastic wire connector clips they send. This product should not be sold with that mounting system. It's ridiculous.MY REMEDY:I found a piece of angle iron in my workshop and drilled all the necessary holes to fasten it to the bracket they sent. It now mounts only to the threaded post, and the angle iron is absolutely rigid. By mounting the fixture to the post, it's much easier to align the fixture square to the room.I also threw the clip away and used wire nuts.

Terrible to install. Really really terrible to install. Fixture had to be tightened because it put together in a sloppy manner. Ours came without a remote never did get one. Pretty fixture but not worth the trouble.

Does not mount to the ceiling outlet box. Bracket does not have mounting holes for a ceiling box and if you drill holes in the bracket then you can not orient the light fixture to your preferred direction. Bracket included must be screwed into the ceiling. Tough luck if your ceiling is cement. Worst yet, the bracket is so flimsy the light fixture droops down.
