Q: Does it allow enough light in for plants?

Yes for sure, it doesn’t block light like many other ones. You can see through it.

Q: Could you use two layers for more privacy?

You can install another layer after the first layer has fully dried. If you are looking for reliable privacy rather than decorations, we have some opaque films (which provide 24-hour privacy in either direction). We also have daytime privacy films for preventing people outside from seeing in (while retaining the view from inside) during daytime.

Q: Will these reduce reflections and glare from glass

It does reduce glare. I have it on a small window in my living room and cuts down on the headlight glare from the street.
