Q: In the pictures it shows that you can get 2 small sandwiches with the smaller cutter. Is that true? And does it still seal?

Yes I can make 2 small sandwiches and 1 big sandwich by the HiYZ sandwich cutter and sealer. Easy to use! I bought an uncrustables maker from other shop before, but the sauce always broke through the bread, which was disgusted by my kids. The product description of this one, HiYZ says that with their patented sealer, they won't get the filling out. It's really good choice! I can never let the sauce squeeze out like an explosion again. Great product!

Q: Does this work on burrito shells?

Burrito shells may be a little difficult to cut, because our sandwich cutter are optimized at the edge of the cutter to protect the use of children and families, so that it will not be too sharp. It needs a little force to cut bread perfectly. Burrito shells may need more force. Q: Is there a trick to sealing the sandwich properly? I pull the crimped part up and the sandwich sticks to it.

I use the cutter first and then press the sealer down through the cutter. The sandwiches just push out. My kids love them!

Q: Would this work with raw dough to make our own homemade hot pockets?

As long as you dont overfill the dough yes, its very good at crimping the edges.
