Dino car and track are entertaining
The Dino car requires batteries and is designed to flash lights and run on the included tracks. It is a fast moving toy! Purchased for a 2-1/2year old who is into dinosaurs. Once batteries are installed the car runs on the track and anywhere else as well. It will often jump its track. That does not seem to bother my grandson he just chases after. Would be nice if there was an option to add on to the tracks. Great fun toy. The dinosaurs that accompany the set are very small and the greenery was difficult to keep upright. The greenery was a nice touch but unless there is a place to set up long term, it’s not needed.

Captivating
My grandson one yr old,he is captivated for hour's we sit together and watch and he's just loves it, we bought extra cars and the guy giggling joy when they race by him is just fabulous.

Great gift
Love that my little guy plays with this constantly..I bought 2 for Christmas and added all pieces. I do have 1 complaint, of the 2 Dino cars one does not work properly..not sure how to get a replacement

Fun for the little ones
Like the sounds and lights. Ease of putting together. Our little one loves it! They have this item at a store called Ollies in Illinois for $5. I picked up a second one to make track even longer.

Would be ideal if cars more durable
This is a fantastic toy idea. The track is so easy to assemble and versatile. Fun for all ages. The various versions we have purchased are interchangeable, so the track can be expanded. The box sets are reasonably priced and offer hours of creativity designing and redesigning tracks. The cars are fast and exciting. But there is a flaw as other reviewers have also mentioned. And it seems to be more than a fluke. We've had to purchase replacement cars twice. Two out of four cars stopped working within a month. Both would still light up and wheels turned a little, but would no longer move on the tracks. The cars are fairly inexpensive, but at some point replacement is just too inconvenient. I guess I would even still recommend this toy because, when it works, it's so much fun. But more durable cars would make it so much better.
