Terrific product and I get the benefits through consistent use. I'm receiving compliments of looking more youthful and generally very healthy. I appear to have a lot more energy throughout the day as well as better sleep, which is exactly what you'd want. The benefits started to show off in one week. It is vegan priendly, and elegant packaging is a bonus. Amazing

I could already feel the difference after few days. I have observed that my focus, clarity, memory, and productivity all improved. It helps me to think more deeply and more quickly at work. I like how the product is made, never had such nicely made packaging of supplememnt, looks posh. However what's really important is the content. Took 300mg before morning cardio and I've noticed slightly lower BPM and more stamina on treadmill which means this NMN is working very well.

Great for anti aging and a good strength nicotinamide supplement which has always been very effective for me with also helping with fatigue and sluggish periods for helping to keep a clear and focused mind when you have a lot going on and great for supporting NAD/combating the general aging process. Very effective but is quite little pricey for a months worth at the recommended two a day if you want to take them every month, but this is an expensive supplement generally so would still recommend if in your budget as is great stuff.

At £0.58/300mg capsule, you're paying about half the price that I have paid from some other brands.It provides Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, which has been shown to suppress age-associated weight gain, enhance energy metabolism and physical activity, improve insulin sensitivity, improve eye function, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression, all through promoting an increase in Nicotinamide Adenosine Dinucleotide (or NAD+ for short).I have been taking one of these capsules per day, but for myself at 31 years old I'm simply not old enough to notice any effect, however if you were closer to 70, your natural levels of NAD+ should be around half of what mine are - at that point, you would more likely notice an increase in energy and alertness etc.For me, I take this as a good precautionary measure against the eventual natural decline in my NAD+ levels that may have already started happening, and I intend to take some form of NAD+ booster such as NMN or NR for the rest of my life unless clinical trials eventually show no benefit.If you have the money and want to look after your health as best as possible, and you're no longer in your 20's, then I can recommend that you give this a try, keeping in mind that the older you are the more of a benefit you will get.

By nature of the description where it (presently, this may change) states "| 60 Capsules | 300mg" to me at least that suggests it's 60 capsules at 300mg, but in fact, 300mg is two tablets.If you are factoring that into your budgets it's important to know that - as £34.99 at the time of review I felt was very competitive for 2 months, and whilst it's still reasonably priced for a month, it somewhat irk me as a reviewer.In terms of the supplement itself. Firstly - please do your research as to whether this supplement is suitable for you. WebMD etc are great places to begin your research. Even seemingly everyday vitamins etc can have contraindications (reasons you shouldn't take it).When I took this supplement I was exceptionally drained and thought I would get a good indication of if this supplement was effective.I had an instant increase in energy. Not hugely, but much needed. It's hard to consider it was anything other than this supplement, but you do take it with food, so I can't be 100% certain - but as I have already mentioned, I do find this an intriguing supplement and it was rather surprising!Despite my reservations with the dosage, I would not want to discourage others from trying this if it's suitable and appropriate for you - so just factor in that expense (because it is an expensive supplement).Five stars though, *just*, and I would encourage the company to clarify the dosage in the product description - which I will presume at this point is just an oversight.I hope you found this review helpful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

It’s easier for me to wake up and hit the gym in the morning. I haven’t experienced any other benefits besides that. The thing with nmn is it’s an expensive investment into a potentially more gracefully way to age future. From reading testimonials of older users of other brands I will continue to use. I want to have great mobility, flexibility throughout my life.A thing to note is that nmn benefits degrade with time, so I will only purchase when I immediately need it rather than bulk buy or adhere to the long expiry date.
