I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
This product is awesome! We just moved from a house in Minnesota to a condo in Las Vegas and I was missing being able to keep my blinds or my window curtains open to see outside. We also have two cats who spend the day monitoring everything that happens outside the windows, and they weren't able to do this any longer due to the fact that I was uncomfortable with people being able to look right into my bedroom window.I started looking for a solution and came upon this product. This is amazing, was so easy to install that I literally did it in 5 minutes in my pajamas (so excuse the photos), and it makes a world of difference! I can now have my curtains and blinds open, the cats can watch for everybody to make sure nobody's up to anything shifty, and I can be in my bedroom with the curtains/blinds open without worrying that somebody is going to see me being a little too relaxed. Totally worth the money spent!!!

Creepers unite!
Super great product for antisocial creeps likes me. Nobody can see inside during the day, but I can have my door open so I can see what’s going outside. It really makes it so much easier to be nosy . It also allows me the opportunity to hide when people come to the door, because they can’t see in. Okay, people are complaining that it doesn’t work at night. Well, if you turn off all of your lights inside your house and just sit in the dark, it works perfectly. But if you’re doing that, maybe you need to stop online shopping and reconsider your life situation. It wasn’t difficult to install, and it seems to be staying on, no problem. I’d recommend using a spray bottle with a little bit of dish detergent mixed in with the water, and then spraying the heck out the door and film, while you’re applying it. It looks really good once it’s up. My neighbor came over the other day and asked me about it, because she was really impressed. Some people are so nosy.

Way too dark
I researched a lot before choosing this film. We recently moved into a new townhome. We live in FL so the sun on your windows can get extremely hot and really increase the warmth in the room so I wanted a solution to curb that heat as well as offer privacy on our downstairs windows, which happen to be 3 enormous sliding glass doors. I purchased a large roll of this so it wasn't cheap but I felt a worthwhile investment. Install was ok... I've done a fair amount of window film installs and this one is pretty difficult to measure (because of the roll being so large and heavy) and it also super sticks to itself...!! Like instantly glued to itself if it happens to fold over a bit and you haven't completely sprayed it with the soap solution as you are removing the backing which is challenging to do because of static happening at the same time -- its drawn to itself but if it folds then you definitely can't get it back apart. I lost several pieces this way, they had to be trashed which was disappointing. My bigger disappointment however is the color. It is extremely dark!! Like VERY dark. So dark in fact that I have decided not to use it in any of our other rooms -- I only did one room (our boys bedroom which was getting the hottest) but I may end up removing it even in there because it looks like night time in their room literally ALL day. I enjoy natural light and sunshine coming in, had not expected this film to make it so dark, I was just looking for it to filter the heat. Its unfortunate because now I have this huge roll that I can't/won't be using.... money wasted. Not saying it's bad film, it definitely cuts down significantly on the heat in the room so that part is great, just be prepared that is very, very dark. For my purposes it just doesn't work.

Works, until it doesn't
*************Update: 12-26-18 ******************Uh oh I don't know what happened. I don't know if the film absorbed too much sun or something but now it's impossible to see out my window because the film has darkened to an opaque mess. Even in the daytime with bright lights outside and no light inside the film remains a darkened mess. I literally can't see anything and will likely have to remove the film. Does anyone know why this happened? It worked perfectly fine for a couple of months. Makes me question the durability...***Old review****I really wanted privacy film that was inexpensive and easy to install and this was both. One roll covered both my room windows and I had plenty left over. I am not at all a home DIY person but after watching the manufacturer’s how to video and a few others on YouTube I felt prepared for install. In the box came a squeegee and exacto knife. I purchased a spray bottle and baby shampoo for my mix at the local Dollar store (be generous with your spray and you will have no cling problems). I set to work on an overcast day and definitely finished in under an hour.Miscellaneous Notes:- I cleaned the heck out of my windows the day prior and again before install.-My windows face south and they receive A LOT of sun and heat so I was worried about “thermal cracking” and south facing windows are a risk factor.-My windows are also dual pane which is another risk factor for thermal cracks-I leave my blinds and curtains completely open during the day to avoid trapping heat that can lead to thermal cracking-yes the mirror image is reversed at night so if I need to look outside I just turn off my room lights if I hear a noise and need to look outside. This does the trickSo far so good. My film dried well and without bubbles. No cracks yet. Will update as needed

Easy installation, good quality.
I have been tinting windows for a long time and have seen many different brands/qualities of tint in my time. This tint is good quality, easy to work with and fairly thick and forgiving. I tinted 8 45"x75" sunroom windows by myself with this and had no issues at all. For tint solution I use water and a few drops of baby shampoo, has always worked great for application. Note in the picture one of the windows is cloudy from condensation between the two panes in the double hung glass, does not have anything to do with the tint. Good privacy, greatly reduced temperature in the sunroom. Buy with confidence.
