Excellent digital audio converter
Fantastic at what it does, could do with a remote though.

It does the job
It works although don't expect amazing sound quality, I have mine from smart TV to HiFi amp, I am a HiFi geek so I'd say not the best sound quality but it's OK enough to enjoy and get a little extra involvement from your TV sound.

OK if delay is not a problem.
This does the job as advertised but was ultimately not suitable for my application of TV headphone amplification as the delay between the speakers and the headphones created annoying echo. I went for a simpler analogue amp from the line output of the TV. Digital/Analogue conversion will always involve a delay.

Easy to connect
My new digital BT TV box has no audio out jack connectors, I had the old box connected to my Audio amp so I can listen to BBC 6 digial radio at a decent volume also for better audio clarity when watching films. This DAC convertor sorted the problem within minutes of being unpacked, easy to connect, powered by the TV boxes USB so no need even for another socket. Loudness has resumed in my house

Works but digital cable needs improving
Cable can be fiddly fitting into the TV but the unit works perfectly. Great customer service too.

Very lose connection...
Not sure why, but plugging in the optical part of the lead into the back of the telly is VERY loose. Many times, the plug dislodges itself and the sound goes. I've had to put a little insulation tape to stop the connector from popping out.It does NOT click into place!!!Thats why I have given the rating as NOT 5 out of 5 on any subject.Price is competative and I could have bought a cheaper OR a dearer one, not sure if the more expensive would be more solid in the jack in the telly!!!

This DAC converter from Bloom - Works brilliantly with my Bose headphones!I recently bought a new Smart TV which didn’t have a Headphones socket?I didn’t want to have to buy a new set of bluetooth headphones, when my present wired Bose headphones worked perfectly.So I bought the DAC converter from Bloom, very easy to install, it takes about 5 minutes.Once the DAC Converter was set up with my new smart TV, my wired Bose headphones, work brilliantly. No difference between my old smart TV and the new smart TV.Sound and quality 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️So I would recommend Bloom as the seller and the DAC converter as a excellent working product.So no need to buy a new set of bluetooth headphones for about £300, buy this DAC Converter for under £10.00, you know it makes sense!When you buy this product, it comes with clear instructions and all the connection cables you need to set it up in 5 minutes !
