The font is a bit smaller than I thought for certain parts but that was my oversight. The cards are very thick and great quality. It was able to get in finer details that I was not expecting.

Cards are a little flimsy but. Basic cardstock. Great quality for the price compared to Vistaprint... I needed a lot of cards so found the best deal. Will eventually be buying again! Arrived a week early! Came with a metal card case that holds about 12-15..

I loved that they came in a little holder box most vendors just wrap them in a rubber band. Too bad it was damaged in shipping. I'm still very thankful for their attempt. The color quality is just how I wanted the cards to look. I'm over all satisfied.

I made it clear, that I wanted a professionally design card created by your company; not a direct copy of what I sent you as a mock up; I wanted the card to include the ideas of the mock up, but I wanted a professionally designed card using black snd white card stock, white font as large as possible, all I got was a print out of the direct copy of what I sent as a guide, because your company requested a sample of what I wanted on the card. I ask you numerous times I wanted to have a direct conversation with one of your designers so there was no confusion or misunderstanding but my request was ignored. The first order of cards that I bought from you was bad because I did not explain accurately enough to get the card designed correctly. The second order of cards, I provided a mock up of what I wanted and you used my hand written sample to actually print the business card. Very unprofessional! I asked that the money I spent for the first batch of business cards be applied to the second batch of cards. I understand I cannot return my cards, but I should get credit for what I spent. You have convinced me that ordering custom business cards cannot be ordered online without having a direct conversation with the designer to avoid confusion and miscommunication. I tried twice and failed twice, not to mention the expense and extreme frustration . I am trying to build a new company and my business card was to be my biggest marketing tool. So you are comfortable "shooting in the dark" I am not! I am a teacher for over 45 years, and I firm believer in that you learn from your mistakes, so what have we learned??? I am out a professional business card that I clearly outlined in the second order. I did not get a professional design business card made from your company. What do we do from here????
