I would say that Golden Milk as a drink is an acquired taste. I've had 3 different brands and all 3 are good in their own right. The big disappointment about Jarrow Formulas product is the calories. The other 2 brands are zero calories because its just a blend of spices without any whey powder. At 60 calories per heaping scoop, plus the calories from whatever milk type you use, that's a pretty hefty cup of Golden Milk that will pack the pounds on...So if anything, I'd suggest to Jarrow Formulas to rethink and reformulate their Golden Milk without the whey powder to help those looking to watch their mid section calories...I will say I do like the flavor, and as far as blending, the trick with any turmeric blend, the secret is to pour about 1-2 inches of whatever milk type you like in bottom of mug (I'm allergic to dairy so I use unsweetened almond milk). Heat 30 seconds, The key is to not put the turmeric blend in until the milk is warm and then stir it good in the small amount of milk and then add the remainder of milk. Heat to your liking, then stir again and enjoy...

This is a remake of a product that was already perfect. Whatever was changed within the formula, creation or ingredients. It’s now a chunky and does not Blendon dissolves well at all . The flavor is slightly different from the original. That was perfect.

Just what is needed to compliment kicking up your feet and relaxing after a crazy, hectic, distance learning with three kids kind of a day! Product arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly and when sipped that first sip I knew after trying a few golden milk mixes that I had found "the one"! This one is not pre-sweetened which I actually like because I can then add raw honey and reap the many benefits of that along with those of this product. The taste is well balanced and deep and just the right amount of spice, not too much as others had in my opinion. If you're looking for a overall inexpensive and delicious golden milk mix, you may now stop be side you've found it.

I have fibromyalgia & chronic Complicated Posterior Circulation Migraines and this Termuric Golden Milk helps with the pain. It does NOT STOP THE PAIN , YET IT HELPS SOME... & any help or any less pain is awesome. When I can’t sleep due to pain? I make HOT Cocoa & stir one scoop into the Hot drink. This product requires a lot of stirring, because it is a power and does clump, yet I have tried other products and have not gotten any relief. So even with the product clumping? I recommend it. The organic turmeric also help, yet the solid turmeric power is very yellow and the power gets on everything & stains, where this product does not fly around & stain.

This was okay for the price. Not the most flavorful that I have had. It’s not bad but it’s not great. It’s very bland. If you don’t like a lot of spice then this one is perfect. I ended up having to add a lot of spices and extra coconut powder to make this more to my taste. It does clump but I have a little frother that mixes everything really well so it’s not an issue for me.If you are on a tight budget this will do but I will be spending the extra 10-15 on a better brand next time.

This is a great product since I’ve been taking it my colon is much better and the taste and smell is great! I’ve tried different brands and by far this is the best one, in taste and price!

I don’t mind this. It is a good value for the price. The flavor is pretty mild and not really sweet. The “warming spices” are very potent though and it gives my throat a somewhat unpleasant burn going down. It doesn’t linger after consuming though.
