I made my Christmas filled cookies with them! Everyone loved the apricot ones best! I would buy this again!

I purchased this APRICOT filling for Christmas Cookies. The taste was different, almost “perfume” like. I read the ingredients and No Apricots were used in making this product.NO APRICOTS are in this product. Do not buy! I gave it one Star because I had to rate it to submit my comments.And No Refund!

Meet needs

My rating is based on the size of the tub... it's maybe 2 cups of filling for $14.00. I will go back to making my own by mixing in corn starch (sift lil bit and stir well as you go..about 7/1 ratio) to a store bought jar of jam or preserves.If this filling is super delicious I will adjust my stars, but I still need to go buy and make more filling to finish my work for this weekend. Disappointed, inconvenienced but prices are going up on everything these days I might have to keep a better eye on how much I am getting, the picture of the tub threw me off, it's a tiny lil tub.

Even though the seals were intact, the filling spilled in the boxes and everything was sticky. I was disappointed.

Based on the description I thought this baking jam would do well during the baking process. It was very disappointing to see that in an oven at 350 used as a cookie filling, for 10 minutes, the jam broke down and ran at the edges. It's better then trying to bake with a jar of regular jam spread, but the Darbo baking jam, although expensive as you have to purchase a large quantity, is the best I've found on the market. So I wouldn't purchase the Baker's Choice brand again.

Consistency is perfect for keeping sides of product together

Was hoping to use this for donut filling, but way to thick to use in piping bag. Diluted with warm water, but still did not work. Only good to be spread in between cake layers. Will not buy again.
