Good Product 👍, but one issue with this product upper jali not lockable.

Promptly delivered, nicely packed, good quality stainless steel drain cover that is cockroach proof. Would have rated it 5 but it has a shortcoming in not having a lock for perforated top plate. Good product overall. Would like to buy products of this company.

Product is good quality. But if the lid is not locking as it was stated, it won't serve the purpose of stopping rats coming out from the drain hole. Disappointed.

I am writing this feedback after more than one year of use. The product strong and quality is very good. Water drains very quickly. It requires cleaning waste atleast once a week which is expected.

Excellent product, it check bad smell/ odour perfectly.

The product on paper looks good but has many design defects. 1. It heavily restricts the flow of water and hence if you use it in places like kitchen or bathroom there will be overflow of water and all of the dirty water will flow back into the kitchen.2. The water will not be held in the bowls o the drain for more than few hours and it will either evaporate or drain out due to capillary effect of any debris stuck in the bottom bowl. And since water is dried out the cockroach will simply crawl in.3. Coming to debris. This drain does not do anything to prevent debris buildup in the trap. You have to clean the drain every 2-3 days.Overall a product with lot of design falws and if you contact them they say it works fine. This is because they either don't test it properly or test it under very controlled environment.Not recommend.
