Easy to program. Works great so fat

This TV has a lot of issues It was a Christmas gift for a Terminally Ill Lady friend so she enjoy her leftover time, HDMI issues. I did submit a return But I had to go out of state in meantime I discovered the Bluetooth is defective and the S video is also defective. I own 13 TVs/monitors and never had issues. Unfortunately, I ran out of time to return. I had to go out and buy her another tv for her in the meantime

Remote requires a scroll through channels, no ability to go to last viewed. Very annoying.Picture seems okay. Volume fluctuates. Becomes unsettling when you can't hear whatis being said on screen. Not a repurchase.

I love the price of this TV, but if you have Spectrum or Charter Cable like I do there is no code for you to pair this tv with your Spectrum/Charter remote. So you will have to use the remote that comes with the TV to turn up volume and turn TV off. The manual for tv is in spanish. Besides that tv works fine so far.P.S . If anyone has spectrum code for TV please leave me a comment.

This TV was purchased as new, but shipping tags clearly show it was processed and sent refurbished.

so far good picture was easy to activate

Did not come with any directions to put it together or to set it up. We figured it out but you are on your own once the box arrives. Didn’t have bar code on it for return if we felt we needed to.

The TV was broken on delivery. I asked if I could buy it again at the same price and was told no. So now I hand to buy at a higher price. Also haven't received a refund.
