The chain going through the necklace…resolved
I see several comments say the chain doesn’t go through…I discovered the round part actually comes off…put necklace through the chain and add the round part back on…cumbersome…but, it works! Hope this helps

You have to take apart the chain
Worst part is taking the chain apart to put through charm. Other then that they are perfect. I bought a few of them and everything turned out fine.

Chain can’t go through
I should have read the reviews before I bought these. The clasp of the chain is too large to go through the hook. The pendants themselves look good enough. I think the sellers should correct this and get smaller chain clasps or at least check the product before selling them
