The product does the job of being a bedsheet, but it is definitely not 400tc sheet. Agreed that you cannot get a 400tc 100% cotton bedsheet at these prices, but the consumer is being misled by advertising.It would have been very good value if it was actually 400tc sheet, but considering what the product is, the pricing is just about right and not cheap at all. I bought it thinking I was buying 400tc sheet at a great price, but I was misled
