Finally, a houseplant size eucalyptus.
I've been growing standard lemon eucalyptus in the house for many years. They grow well initially, but eventually become stunted and the leaves fall off. I've tried every kind of soil and conditions. That is why I'm so eager to see how these "bush" plants develop. I would absolutely love to have a specimen like the one in the picture. Today I planted about half the seeds that came into six small peatmoss pots. If they do well, I'll have nice plants to give as gifts in the future. Thanks, Amazon... You have EVERYTHING. :)Edit: I planted these seeds on January 15, and they all came up by February 6th. That is absolutely amazing. All are growing strong and I'm anticipating a beautiful house plant, as well as exciting gifts to five other people. Still have lots of seeds left!

10 seeds instead of 25
Very disappointed. I only got 10 seed instead of the 25.

Disappointed in Quality
Package came with 25 seeds. I started all seedlings with a grow light. Checked and researched what kind of PH balance the soil needed. Only 7 seedlings sprouted. I tried not to be hard on myself, but tried to keep those seedlings alive.I used rain water and turned the pots regularly and all of them died. I am a decent gardener and have years under my belt so I would say I know what I am doing.I am so disappointed with these seeds. They were kind of pricey compared to other seeds but I wanted to splurge. They looked of good health, but were so tiny and hard to keep together. (That has nothing to do with the company though. Eucalyptus is just tiny.) thinking on it, maybe they were old?

Getting about 1 out of 5 or 6 to grow.
I planted 8 seeds in small starter pots to see if I could get these to grow. I'm no green thumb at all. Out of the 8, 3 of them started to grow. One finally gave up, but two are still growing. I may follow up this review once I replant the seedlings to larger pots.

Growing alien trees in Texas
Came quickly. But I live in SE Texas. All seeds came up a few weeks ago. There are still about 25 seedlings growing. Fast. From 1/4 inch they are now slightly past 1 inch in height! Hope they do make it. You say to keep them in 60-70 degrees. They are in a cool place now, but temperatures here are getting to low 80s, and 88 later this week. But I can still dream if turning my inherited acre in Texas to look and feel like California! Thank you much for a very inexpensive way to try!

Five, not a hundred (and I don't think they were silver dollar eucalyptus seeds either.)
If the tiny things that looked like fly specks were actually seeds for this plant there were exactly five of them. What a rip off. I will not purchase anything from these guys again.I planted this tree years ago and my memory is that this plant had good size seeds. I planted the five seeds they sent me but even if they are the right tree, they sent 5% of what they advertised. I could have ignored maybe 50 or so but this was ridiculous.

no eucalyptus for me
Several sprouted but then wilted and died. It must have been something i did wrong. I looked up instructions online and followed them but to no avail. Wish they had included some kind of info and or instructions .

They seem to be very slow growers but are doing fine and look healthy
I have only planted 3 seeds from my pack but all have sprouted. They seem to be very slow growers but are doing fine and look healthy. The photo I posted are two seeds I started in an aero garden and then transplanted into dirt. I planted another seed in just dirt and it seems to be growing at the same speed. These are great and worth the price but do know they are poisonous to cats and dogs. 😔
