I was somewhat leery of this product but absolutely love the versatility. Great for strength and grip training. I also throw the discs in my ruck for cardio work out. Quality product. Highly recommend!

Easier on the wrists and palms than dumbbells. Shifting sand creates a challenge. Smooth neoprene surface slides across wood and laminate flooring. Also functions as a nice pillow when doing PT floor exercises. Bonus: best biceps and forearms workout I've ever had has been with various sizes of these sandbells! They also work for single arm presses if you grab a handful of sand like it's a handle. Very fun for anti-rotation core work. I'm a big fan.

Nice, thick/smooth material, solid quality, well-made, versatile. I enjoy the ability to go straight from a pre-workout yoga stretch to this weight. No fear of hurting my feet nor wood floors if I drop it. The sand moves to the bottom and allows for enough space to grab it with both hands.Purchased 9/2018 and still love it. Will update review if anything changes.

This product is the perfect addition to my collection of small, at home fitness equipment. It can be hidden away, along with some weights and resistance bands, when not in use and is easy to take out when needed, It's the perfect companion to my Covid workout collection!

So far I enjoy using the sandbell, it met my expectations to use as a kettlebell at a much lower cost.
