It’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be so it took me a bit to get used to. I had been using a belt bag that barely fit my phone, so this is a big step up in size. I love it now that I’ve adjusted! I wear it at an angle now, instead of like I had it in the pic, and it’s unobtrusive and comfortable and holds ALL THE THINGS. lol Seriously, it feels like a full size purse for me. I can even fold the kids’ papers in half and tuck them in without getting destroyed on the way to or from school. I’ll never go back to a purse that doesn’t let me be hands free. I wanted a natural fiber because the synthetic fabrics like nylon that most belt bags or crossbody are made of makes me SWEAT so bad. I live in a hot humid summer climate and the amount of sweat that happens under a little fanny pack is wild. This Gootium bag is made of canvas and it makes a huge difference in temperature regulation having a natural, breathable fiber against my body. I know it’s called a “men’s” crossbody but it’s very gender neutral. The construction is solid, I love the double zipper so I can easily unzip with either hand. The color is very natural and fits nicely into a minimalist wardrobe. I’ve already ordered another Gootium bag for when I do want something just big enough to hold my phone, I’m a fan!

Good quality canvas and overall would recommend I use daily, etc my only complaint is if you put too much weight the zipper fails to zip properly ie comes undone from opposite end but keep the weight down not an issue

I chronically overpack. So, I'm always trying to find the smallest bag possible that will just barely fit the essential items I need. Here, I was looking for something that just barely fits my Surface Go 2, and this is perfect. I can keep my phone, battery, various cords, keys, and then also something bulky like my surface or a rain jacket.One issue I notice is that the bag is going to hang from your shoulder more vertically (diagonally, but mostly vertical), while all the interior pockets are oriented horizontally. This allows for objects organized in the pockets to potentially fall out jumble together. I haven't actually noticed this happening, though, so it's a hypothetical concern at this point. All in all, exactly the bag I was looking for.

Pretty great lil bag for the price, honestly. Seems durable, it's comfortable enough, and fits about as much as you're gonna need it to for a small outing or whatnot. Wish it came in more colors though, it would kick ass in blue/navyWanted to update: Been well over a year and this thing has held up great. Sure, I'm not abusing it, but not being gentle with it either. Reliable little bag that fits your daily stuff. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough!(i still want a blue one)

Just the right size. Well made sling bag (man bag). I use it every day since I purchased(about four months ago). This is great quality and value. Just big enough for my daily carry items with out using a back pack. If I need to carry more I just throw this into my day pack and add the additional items I need. This stays pack with my daily items such as: flossers, battery backup pack, small mouth wash, charge cables, emergency fruit snacks (this has saved me many times) keys, tissue, headlamp, and gloves for cold weather. Its been my perfect bag and I like it.

The main pack is great, but returned it. I really liked the materials, the size was big and what I needed, felt like it would last a long time. However, the shoulder strap is made out of material similar to the pack. I'm sure it will last a long time too, but I like to quickly move the pack from front, to side, to back, and the strap always got caught on my shirt. Got annoying so returned this one and picked up another pack with a strap similar to a car seatbelt and problem solved.
