I have been a full-head shaver for over 16 years. Hundreds of cheap shavers with broken foils, plastic bits broken, and especially dead batteries or electronics.Having some experience dabbling with loads of designs, I have to say that there are only two mild inconveniences with this model, performing a full cleaning and a slightly lower battery life than I have hair.The full cleaning is absolutely a ritual every week or slightly more often. This model is easy to take apart for a rotary, not so many parts that go flying, all-in-all is not a hard thing to clean. But, sooo many heads on this thing -to be expected when one wants a faster shave and throws more blades at the problem. But worth it, trust me.The rechargeable lithium batteries in these are about 600 mAh - the small housing just can't hold anything much bigger. Inevitably, it will die silently one day, but to those who don't give up easily (me), you can find many replacements here on Amazon. Surprisingly, the models from this company can be taken apart!Now, the great news. There are many replacement blades that can be found and fit perfectly -based on a small sampling I have found that it is best to go to the same company that made the shavers, to get the best quality.More great news - YES, the company answers emails, and YES they will replace a bad shaver free of charge. Granted, you do need a video of the issue and if a replacement is deemed warranted by the company, they will ask that you order the same shaver again from Amazon. GO AHEAD, they DO refund your replacement shaver purchase.I now have two and that solved the battery issue, but I used to have four for one shave, so a win as far as I am thinking ...So, reputable company, a good design for what this machine is. I have never seen a top model super expensive shaver that didn't have the same basic motors, batteries and resistors inside the fancy plastic. Trust me, brand names use the same factories overseas...Just make sure to order this exact model, which I do now have two of and am happy with, or any one that is still available on their website. Any older models may have been discontinued for "reasons" but still linger here on Amazon in warehouses. Happens to every company, just this one seems to care enough to try to get better.Enjoy!

Used this for the first time today and WOW what a difference it makes. I use it to shave my head and it gets nice and close. I was just using a small clipper before without any guard on it, and it worked good, but just took a little while and was always a little "rough" on my scalp. This shaver not only did the job in a fraction of the time, but results were so much closer. The results are awesome. I don't know why I waited so long to try something like this.The price point was one of the main reasons for trying it (not a huge investment) and the 7 heads versus 5 or less from other models. The unit looks very nice, but does feel a little cheap (it is all plastic). It fits nicely in my hands and maneuvers real well over the scalp. Nice and quiet compared to what I was using before. Based on my first time use I would definitely purchase this again. Will update this if anything changes, but for now very pleased with the purchase.**UPDATE 7-5-22** Still loving this shaver. The only issue I am having at the moment is the heads have become "squeaky" when running, making it a little noisier. It is still cutting fine, but would like to get the heads replaced to get rid of the "squeaky" noise. I am going to contact the company to see about a replacement. New heads are around $25, but after only 4 months I am hoping they will replace free of charge. Otherwise, no issues. Hold a charge really good, nice close shave, cleaning is a breeze. No issue with center head staying in (Like others have stated. There is a specific way it needs to be seated to stay in place and that may be other peoples issue). I would still definitely purchase this again.**UPDATE 7-13-22: Contacted customer service about the noisy head on 7-5-22 and received it today. Noise taken care of. Great customer service. Fast, courteous and great communications.**UPDATE 2-3-23: The shaver / razor quit working this morning. It is fully charged and just stopped and will not turn back on. I have contacted the seller to see what can be done.UPDATE 2-7-23: The customer service of this seller is TOP NOTCH!!!! After contacting them about the shaver not working, they responded immediately and offered to send a new one. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this seller. This is how customer service is supposed to work. Fantastic communication (and the shaver is AWESOME too, even with a couple of issues). Would definitely purchase again.

I shave my head once a week and this shaver is wicked. It takes half the time and with very little mess. I am not sure why there are such negative reviews.I could see it snagging your hair if it is too long, but that is the same for any electric razor. If I let my hair grow for a month I would expect it to get snagged in the razor.The battery life for me has not been as good as the other reviews, but it is still excellent. It charges quickly and I can get 2-3 shaves out of it.It is simple to clean in which you can remove the whole head, open the blades, and run it under water. I let mine dry on a towel and then attach it to the body the next day.The closeness of the shave it great (not as good as a straight razor obviously) but it keeps it at a length that I don’t get razor burn or ingrown hairs.Overall this is a great razor for the price.

Wrong brand and product seems to be used by someone before as I found many Hair stuck in the blades already.

Works great with all attachments. I use it mostly to shave my head clean and trim my beard. Gets super close on my head with the tri head and the fit in the hand is easy to use and comfortable to hold. The charge lasts for a good 4 weeks when using every 3-4 days or so and charging is quick.

I have been shaving my head for a few years now. I have used a few different ways, but the only thing that worked without irritating my skin was using hair trimmers that are normally used for haircuts. But they were awkward for this purpose, and don't shave that close.When I got this, I wasn't sure what would happen, but it was truly amazing! So easy to use with one hand, battery lasts quite a few shaves, and it shaves very close. I can also easy trim the neck area. Best part was that my skin isn't irritated and I don't get ingrowns! Have now been using for 4 months and still working well.I don't really use the accessories, but they are pretty cool if you wanted to do other things like trimming or cleaning your head.Some suggestions: Shave your head after you shower (and dry thoroughly), then rinse your head with very cold water, and apply some kind of cream (I use aloe vera gel). Also, this is a cordless device so it will always have limited power, so either shave every few days (for me max 4) or use another trimmer first. If your hair is too long, it will clog the device and it won't shave properly. But if you have a couple of days growth, it works really well.

Great at what it does. Echoing most of the reviews here with a minor but.... My only complaint is the battery is inconsistent and you need to use only the charging cable it came with. No other cable seems to work. The charge seems to drop from 80 downwards quickly after a few uses so I need to bring my cable to ensure it stays charged when I travel. As mentioned only the original cable works so I can't use a universal cable in my bag on the road. Minor complaint...first world problem ...lol. Overall a great product.
