Brace is not returnable
I bought a XXL for a Friend who is a large woman and the knee brace was too large for her. To my surprise, this is not returnable so I am stuck with a $64 knee brace that I will have to try and resell elsewhere. It probably runs large.

Not as described
Item is not as as desicribed. Brace straps cross over in different directions. Item sizing is at least one size off if not more. Not returnable and not replaceable. DON"T BUY IT ! I'd give a zero rating if possible

Sizes listed are incorrect
As someone else here noted, the sizes listed are incorrect. The brace I received has a reach that is 5 inches shorter than the maximum thigh size it is supposed to fit. So not only can you not connect the two sides together at all, but even the loose straps can't reach across that divide.

Wrong size and I can’t return it
The product itself is great but it was one size too large and did not offer the support I needed but the seller does not offer returns or exchanges
