Really Helpful
I found this to be very helpful. It backed up plenty if ideas I had from years of histamine problems. But I was in a muddle because some of the earlier information is different from current findings - ideas have changed over the years.

Great information about histamine intolerance food list.
It makes more sense with the low histamine diet and the list is invaluable. Foods that I thought were healthy for me were high on the list. I am now avoiding foods that personally ham me to assist me in my self healing journey.

Pretty Useless
Unfortunately this much awaited book was a total disappointment from start to a very quick finish! If you suffer from Histamine Intolerance what you eat and “engage with” will affect everyone differently - however this book was thin on information! What you really need is a pocket sized alphabetically ordered book - easy to take to shop, keep in your purse and car .. l am sure there are much better out there and for the price too …which was way too much - AVOID if you want a well organised book in a size easy to carry wherever you go!

Nothing informative
This book it’s a completely copy paste from google, you are not learning nothing, my 5 years old child can write much more better and detailed. I don’t recommend to anyone who really have problems with histamine because you really don’t get nothing, some pounds wasted on some useless papers.

Really helpful
It’s so confusing to know what to eat with histamine intolerance. You have to be on google constantly and then you get conflicting information. This Little book saves tons of time and covers a lot of products. Really helpful guide.

Histamine Intolerance Food List
Not quite what I expected but still useful to get an idea of which foods may cause allergic reactions.Not as comprehensive a list as I was expecting probably because quite a few of the foods I wouldn’t eat as part of my usual diet.

Lots of Information in one place
Although this is a very short book, it provides a lot of information in one place so it is easy to navigate and look up what you need to know. You can keep going back to it to check out what it is possible to eat.

Very informative book!
Most of the stuff listed are staple in my pantry, this saves time for me to lookup things in the internet when I'm doing grocery/meal planning as I am new to HIT.

Indispensable reference guide!
I brought this book have as a reference to help me cook as we have a friend who has a Histamine intolerance, and we had him over to dinner. With this book as a guide, I managed to cook a meal and dessert without upsetting his diet. He was very appreciative and pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this book for people who want to learn what is or isn't ok for those on a low Histamine diet. Foods are rated Green for Low and Red for High histamine content.

Very helpful
If you have a histamine problem, I'd suggest downloading this book and keeping it handy. It's easily laid out, easy to read, and helpful in letting you know what's what with histamine. I'd recommend it to anyone with the allergy. Good job.

Not bad for beginners dealing with histamine issues
There’s not a lot of material out on getting info or answers on histamine issues. This book does get you started.
