Firstly to my surprise this product contains green tea and brahmi. This was not mentioned clearly and it’s in huge quantity.Secondly this product barely contains any astaxanthin as far as my 10 days experience with it. It turns into greenish brown colour when added water but no tinge of red was observed.Also cannot take it at night because of green tea.Astaxanthin needs to be with some fat (oil) for longer shelf life and better absorption.Trying a different one from Amazon after this disaster. The product contains Brahmi and green tea extract, along with astaxanthin. I’ve been experiencing frequent headaches after a few days, which might be due to the caffeine in the green tea extract. Typically, manufacturers mention a warning if the product contains caffeine, but this wasn’t mentioned. I didn’t expect this from Himalayan Organics. Also the ingredient list on website did not have any mention of Green tea extract. I am deeply disaapointed.

Capsule packaging is worst. Bacteria seems to be NOT VIABLE. NO GUT IMPROVEMENT.👈
