I really love the colours in the liquitex muted range and I'm getting a new one whenever i can, but I had to get the muted turquoise first. It's the sort of rich colour that you just have to use straight away. It's the colour of the deep turquoise blue that the sea is around Greece or could be used with other colours to create a twilight sky. Or a TARDIS if you are a big geek like me. I will have to buy the rest of this range as quickly as possible if the rest of the range is as good as the muted turquoise. I really like that the lid has a pipette incorporated, so it's easier, less messy (still a little messy, but that could be my clumsiness) and you don't waste the colour as you can put out a small amount at a time.

This is a good quality ink and I really love the colour, I have mixed it with white acrylic paint and tempera, clear acrylics, gel mediums and crackle glaze, you don't need too much of the ink to get a nice vibrant colour. I have also mixed it with Mod Podge and a tiny bit of water, coated the inside of glass jars with it and baked them in the oven and they come out a nice transparent tinted blue colour. I made alcohol ink with it too by mixing it with isopropyl, I will buy more colours I would definitely recommend it. I use powdered pigments a lot but this is just so much less hassle and doesn't clog up my spray bottles.

I didn’t look closely but all of these colors are based on PB15 mixtures. Next time I will buy separate colors to get other pigments. Still excellent acrylic inks. I like the thin binder and the brilliant colors.

I ordered this florescent Yellow on a whim, but it is magnificent. It only take a tiny dot to brighten up any acrylic art work. Now for my Political Rant: Jeff Bezos, this is my only way to address you--through your own company. I've watched you since I was a young mother come from your garage selling books online. I even bought a few. You used our American Way and your own sheer determination to become a world renown mogul. I am so proud of you. You can help us, if you will, to keep these opportunities for our children and grandchildren. My mom and my own generation fought hard to gain rights for women, and we want to keep them. DJT and the GOP wants to send us back to the Dark Ages and take away all our rights for their own greedy agenda. We need Public Schools, Women's rights for her own body, Social Security, and good Climate Change agenda, Equal rights for all, and to keep the Separation of Church and State.
