Q: Can I use this on a shed storage?

I would recommend using batt insulation in your walls. However this is an awesome product and makes a huge difference in windows that are drafty

Q: Can this be used as wall insulation in between studs?

It could be, but given the cost and insulation value I believe fiberglass insulation would be much more economical.

Q: Manufacturer: what is the r value? can this be used on a garage door for thermal protection?

R value-? This stuff is too fragile for a garage door, IMO. I used it for the ceiling and upper walls in a garden room.
