Loved this book so much, lost count of the times I’ve read it, Zac is the ultimate book boyfriend fiercely loyal, brooding and totally hot, hot, hot … don’t settle for less! If anything this book is depressing that you can’t be Alyssa, great series opener

Loved the concept of the plot line and the way the author builds the relationship between the two main characters, how it expands to include family and friends. However there were a couple of issues for me, far too much use of the F*** word and the various s&m descriptions are something I’m not comfortable with. I also found the overuse of the word ‘sunshine’ really annoying!

Overall a nice story and a quick read. I liked the characters and the storyline however I did feel the plot was a little rushed. A little repetitive in some of the conversations and felt like areas could have been a little deeper and padded out more.

This book has so many edge of the seat moments as well as some cracking one liners having you laughing away. Alyssa's back story was tragic, she had nobody left around her but her 3 female best friends. One blind date later and she locks eyes with Zac, she has a hard time of believing his want for her when she has lost so much in her life, Zac is there for her in ways she never knew she needed and helps her overcome some of her issues. Zac is not only a hot alpha male, he has taken care of his brother and sister since their parents died which instantly makes you love him that little bit more. There are characters brought to life in this story who you just love instantly like Bray, Zac's brother and a hot ass cage fighter, he loves Alyssa just as much and shows her she is included straight away into their little family. This is a cracking romance story with a beautiful HEA. I dove straight into it and finished within a couple of hours I had to read it to the end and was desperate to get the second book and read the next one. If you haven't read this already then get it downloaded.

Really enjoyed this story. I like that it is a standalone. Good plot with likeable characters. Will definitely read the next one in the series.

Alyssa is on a blind date when her date drugs get drink, in Zac’s nightclub. Zac watches over her all night and takes her to work the next day. (?) Not sure she would be up to working the next day. He picks her up and takes her home. And they start dating.It’s very romantic and I loved how he was so protective of Alyssa. Alyssa’s character is brilliant too.There are some mistakes. Wrong words used, I still don’t know how old he is, or how old she is, or really what she looks like!!! But I still loved it!!! Sex scenes are hot!
