First, this seller is great.... 2 days and the brand new item as discribed came. I want to thank them for that...2nd, I had a dove tail slot on my new Marlin 22 Mag. I had a set along with one of the best/fun scopes I have... A True Glow Red Dot Dual color and 4 Reticals and 2X. I gave that set to my friends son on a hunting trip leaving me mount and scope less. I got the scope right away. I went to 3 gun???? shops ???? no one could help me... even a friend who knows every thing about guns sent me ... I purchased several dovetail to Weaver adapters, and didn't like the way any of them looked when mounting my Vortex Crossfire Red Dot sight to the pellet pistol. A Google search and a few YouTube videos later I landed on these. A little pricey, but super high quality. They come in pairs (for scopes), but only one was needed to mount my sight. Looks like I need another gun for the other adapter...

I needed some height to provide scope clearance to allow for barrel changes on my Sako Quad Range rimfire rifle. While these risers along with some Warne rings gave me the height needed, however, the combination would not allow the scope to properly adjust vertically to shoot at 25-50 yards . . . I did not have enough adjustment left in the scope. I went back to a set of 11mm dovetail rings and the vertical adjustments have plenty of room, (10 - 100 yards) but I cannot change barrels. I now have to loosen the 11mm dovetail ring connections if I want to change barrels but more than likely will just keep the 22 LR barrel installed as I am not a huge fan of the 17 HMR anyway.I did not take the time to reverse the mount to see if that resolved the issue.

I purchased these adaptors to use on a CZ rifle that has an 11mm dovetail for scope mounting instead of the standard 3/8" dovetail on American made rifles. Since the selection of 11MM scope rings is very limited in the USA, use of these adaptors allows the use of a multitude of standard American Weaver Based rings. I haven't mounted them yet, but have examined them & done a trial fit & they both fit & seem to be of good quality manufacture.
