Recuerda que son dentales
funcionan muy bien, es solo que deber tomarse en cuenta qué está hecha para dentistas, es decir, puedes usarla para manualidades u odontología, pero para sala de operaciones (que fue mi caso) no es lo ideal, el manejo de la luz en la cabeza no es cómodo cuando tienes guates estériles! y la potencia de la luz, si es mucho mejor que otras parecidas de 5W, pero aun así no se da a vasto para ciertos momentos de poca iluminación en espacios pequeños a media cirugía. NO ME FUNCIONAN COMO YO QUISIERA PORQUE LAS COMPRÉ PARA UN USO QUE NO ES EL INDICADO POR EL FABRICANTE! tomar muy en cuenta esto! son hermosas y super útiles, pero debe escogerse sabiamente y no por el precio, si el uso que se les pretende es mayor!

Failed Led after 1 week
This vendor was unresponsive to requests to simply replace the led light component which failed immediately. Attempted to contact through Amazon and directly to the company, ESC Medcams via their site. Now all I have is a pair of scopes which soesn't help much with the type of surgery I do.

NOT VERY FLEXIBLE
I have the non-loupe versioin of this headlight. Functionally the headlights are the same. It is rather cumbersome and heavy but the illumination is excellent. Battery life is short but two are included. Always have to change during the day. The charging cable failed within one year and replacement is only available when purchasing a new battery. As for the loupe. Good magnification but for me the adjusment mechanism focuses the lenses too high for my vision. Had to tip whole assembly forward on my head as well as tipping my head forward in order to lower the lenses in to view position. There should be an additional joint section in the assembly. I dont know how to advise one to know if it will fit properly without purchasing the light and then paying for a return if it isnt adjustable to your vision.

Muy delicados
Son material muy delicado el tornillo que ajusta el cabezal donde va el bombillo no se ajusta bien y si ajustamos fuerte se corre el riesgo de fracturarse la pieza. No es un buen material.

This product is not fit for healthcare use.
The product did not come with any literature, also it is not accurate. There is no precision or coordination between the light and lens. Field of vision is way too limited. The stability of the headset while worn is absent.

Works well for ENT medical practice.
I bought it to my nephew make his Medical Residency in Ear/Nose/Throat. He is loving it. I didn’t use it myself, but I use a lot of medical material, and had a very good impression of the head focus.
