Omg! I saw results within a few days. This product is no joke! I love it! I ordered the MEDIUM size trainer and within a couple of days I had to use the last hooks. I now feel like I need a small. I wear it mostly at night and I sleep with it. It is comfortable enough that I can breathe and eat with it. It has reduce my lower back pain as well. I did notice that it makes my skin itch but I figure out that I can wear it on top of a tank top and is still does the job. However, I don’t think that the itch is due to an allergic reaction I think is more because it gets hot and there is sweat but the tank top strategy works well and it is still comfortable. I recommend this product. It is also true to size.

I wish I trusted myself instead of the size chart. Based on the measurements I ordered a large but should have gone with the medium. From day one I was on the tightest hooks so no room to go down. I would just exchange for the smaller size but that isn’t an option and I don’t feel like returning and rebuying. If I had the medium I am sure I would be much happier. It does help give some back support and tightens up the pouch some but would do much better at both if I had the right size.

The ridges are uncomfortable. Fits good.I do t see the need for the zipper.Good material.

One of the better waisted trainers I’ve used. It really has a sturdy fit but I can easily move in dance/yoga class, during weight lifting and no issues at all with daily wear. My only issue is that it’s almost too comfy. I could hook it on the last row immediately so it doesn’t give me much room to get my any waist smaller than it is, it just kind of maintains. I ordered a small (I’m 5’2 142 pounds with a curvy-ish figure and small-ish waist for reference) If they offered an XS I’d purchase again!

Good shaper but lacks support on the top of your abdomen. It fit too loose and didn't give me a shape at the top of my belly.

It’s good for short term and for its price. I bought this to help keep my waist small when I am not wearing corsets and keep a Look of a flat stomach. Even though I still had space in it, the bone in it dug into my back and eventually made me bleed. It also started to not really help do to it start mold to body when I was starting to sit for a little while so while I stood up it was no longer comfy or in the right place.

It is a waist trainer, glad I bought it, comfortable great price, sturdy . I wear it all day no problems!

I ordered the large but apparently I’m a fatty and need xl , when I put it on I couldn’t breathe so I need to size up for sure , but it’s definitely well made and even for being so tight on me if I sat down it didn’t roll at all .
