Al principio te sientes bien con la faja como un buen soporte ,pero con el paso de una hora llega a comenzar a incomodar. Así que si solo la usas por tiempos cortos está muy bien ,pero ya para tiempos prolongados no la recomiendo ,esa es mi opinión ustedes pueden probarla y tal vez tengan una opinión distinta.

This is the best, supportive, comfortable back brace I have owned. It is extremely well made. I am so impressed. I use it mostly for garden work and lifting, but if I feel my back might be slipping I wear it during regular activities. Bravo designer! The price as well is impressive for such an amazing device.

This product has good construction. The elastic is really strong and it has versatile adjustability to suit the proper tightness your body requires. I use it for yard work and I must say it makes a huge difference for my lower back. It truly helps me do more even with 5 herniated disks.

not for me for grandson seems alittle better but he needs op

I like the support it gives and it's pretty comfortable.the bad part is after only 10 days, i've had to restitch one of the seams holding a stay in. that's disappointing.but overall i like the product just not sure how long it will last.
