Not just for Boys - It's for every person
Get this one for your kids, get one for yourself. It really is for any person at every stage in life. Seriously, it's kind and constructive without being preachy.

Great for all kids
I recently bought a growth mindset book for girls for my daughter and this one for my son. I really like the way this one is laid out. It provides engaging short activities that can be completed every day, and explanations that are to the point. The book is great for laying the foundation for the designated age group. My only complaint is that it’s titled “for boys.” I haven’t to this point found anything inside that would limit it’s demographic, with the exception of an entry when there is a graphic of a boy where it asks the reader to listen to their body (as opposed to the one I bought “for girls,” which is very girl-heavy). Personally, we like it so much that I’m buying one for my daughter and making a cover in the front. The Girls book we bought is for deeper understanding and reflection, which isn’t developmentally where she’s at.

One of its kind!
The media could not be loaded. This journal really is one of a kind. It LOOKS visually appealing for young boys and the questions / explanations are wonderful. I bought this for my cousin - and am going to be ordering another to save for my son when he is old enough.I love the way that this was created BY a young boy instead of just by a professional or a parent. That made it so appealing to my cousin. I hope you enjoy my quick flip through video to help you see how valuable it is.

Boys journal
Pretty standard journal for preteen boys. My son started to us it but lost interest pretty soon thereafter.

Great bite-sized lessons
My son, entering fourth grade, first wrote an entry about the challenge of going to a new camp. This book provided a great opportunity for him to think ahead, plan and be his own coach before taking on something new. I’m excited to see his mind muscles grow as he uses this journal more.

Empowering book for boys
This book is written in such a user-friendly, approachable, and respectful way to teach boys about how their minds - and how they think - can have a positive influence on their daily life. It not only helps kids to understand themselves but also challenges them to grow, tackle challenges, and accept themselves.

Fantastic Journal - (boys & dogs love it ;)
I bought this book to see if it was a good fit for my clients. This is a great book for many of the kids I support with anxiety.Love the mindfulness aspect and helping kids get unstuck. I will recommend to parents for sure!

Setting goals
The idea of writing your thoughts, plans and goals is absolutely awesome since we forget them at times. It was used to help a young boy....11yrs....develop and know himself better.
