Works as advertised

It worked for about two days and then failed. The headphone jack still works but not the charging port.

A must have for the newer iPhone when needing to charge as you listen. Pretty stout build. I connected it to a 3' standard USB, cord and heat-shrink-tubed it on tight. Great for my motos!

Sometimes I get an error message saying it's not compatible with my device but if I just unplug and plug it back in, it works. Other than that, charge speed seems minimally affected

Bought one of these and it worked well for about 6 months, then one night the charger side quit charging. Tried it on several power cables and Apple devices without success.Contacted vendor and 3 days later I had a replacement.Great customer support. Was surprised how fast the replacement showed up.New cable works as expected.Update - the replacement cable worked for about a week and stopped charging my iPhone....again. This is not a quality product and I would not buy again.
