Change in roller ball quality
I love this, I use it every single night on my wrists and I smell it and it helps me sleep. This is probably my fourth bottle. The last one I bought it feels like the roller ball is much cheaper, it feels like sharp plastic and it’s very sad because I love this product so much.

Smells like bug spray or a citronella candle
Makes me feel like I’m in the woods trying to avoid mosquitos rather than happy. Ugh.

Faulty bottle
I loved the scent, probably my favourite, however clearly it was a faulty bottle as the oil kept leaking despite the lid on and lost half of it within a week......
