Maine Heritage Bedspread - Twin - Linen

This bedspread is completely perfect in every way! It fits great, it looks gorgeous, and the color is perfect! I ordered the double size in antique to match a rose-colored carpet in a room with burgundy accents and white walls. The color is very subtle (a pinkish coral) and it is wonderful! Well done, Maine Heritage Weavers. I am very happy with this bedspread. My bed is against a wall and I pulled the bedspread over a little bit to reach the floor. If I put it on evenly, I could put a skirt on the bed if I wanted to, but, for now, I'll leave it like it is. I just love it!

I have never been more satisfied with a product than I am with this one! The weight of it is perfect and it stays in place on the bed. The fabric is much softer than it appears in pictures and is an absolutely beautiful material. It washed up without a wrinkle and lost none of its new look in the process. I bought it for my father, who is very picky and appreciates good workmanship and design. He absolutely loves it! It is rare to find such quality today.

I love this bedspread! I searched online for months to replace a similar one which had been in the family for over 40 years and chose this spread. I was not disappointed - the weave, the weight and artful construction are truly a delight to look at and sleep under. Sure, it's going to fill the lint filter in your dryer for the first few washings, but it promises to last as long as my recently retired heirloom did!

This is a beautiful heavy cotton bedspread. It is exactly what I have been wanting. Trying to find a spread that is long enough to cover your bed pillow in the traditional style is nearly impossible. Everything that is available in the stores is a comforter or coverlet and you have to add extra pillows to cover the head of the bed and nothing goes to the floor on the sides. This is a bedspread that you can keep for a very long time.

Absolutely gorgeous and drapes beautifully. It is finely constructed and manufactured using good quality materials. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I think the value of the bedspread is more than what I paid. I will buy another when I purchase a bed for my guest room. Another bonus is it is made in the USA. After purchasing, I and looked up the company and read that is made in a mill in Maine, which I believe had been closed down for quite some time and then reopened for the purpose of weaving bedspreads with have historical patterns.
