I've tried many smart switch no one works properly without natural wire this switch was the only one in, which it worked perfectly fine without natural wire

I replaced all my home switches (for a 3 bedroom townhouse). It worked perfectly at the beginning, but in less than a year most of them are failing to pair into the hub or offline.I decided to replace all my switches with zigbee ones

It was easy to setup the swith without connecting neutral wire

Very easy to install, too bad it does not have an integrated wifi and you need that module. Aside from that, it does the job and implement easy with google home.

I have bought over 20 of these devices . They look great and work well!Out of 20 one of them turned out to not work but they took it back. So I am happy with the service and the device!

I bought 3 switches only one works fine but also gave me hard time while connecting

Straight forward setup out of the box. No neutral required making it universal for all homes new/old. Act as a normal light switch when offline. Convenient kit switch/hub bundle. 1, 2, & 3 Gang options in gray or white. Would definitely buy it again!

المشكله اللي اواجها دائمًا مع المفتاحانه يفصل الاتصال بالواي فاي بين فتره وفترهيكون غير متصل واتمنى البائع يتواصل معيوسبق لي شريت النوع الثاني اللمس ومشاكله اكثرمن هذا النوع.

Installation was simple (if you know how, never for beginners because electricity). As a mechanical switch, it is soft to the touch. To set it up as a smart switch, you need the hub. Just follow the instructions and guide in the app and voila! Hey Siri, lights on.

طلبت ارجاع للمنتج وطلبته مرة اخرى وللأسف وصلني نفس الطلب الذي ارجعته المرة الاولى حتى انني لم احتج الى اضافته للتطبيق بل وجدته قد ارتبط وتعرف على نفس الجهاز التالف، تجربة سيئة جدًا
