Good fit & stick
Perfect fit.We get many complaints of the 'hook' not grabbing the 'loop' of the sandpaper we'll on various brands, but these perform great.

My Dewalt OEM pad worked fine, hours of use before a disc flew off, probably the disc's fault, not the pad, but I didn't see it fly off and kept sanding with the bare pad, wondering why it wasn't working, and ruined it. I got these replacement pads, used a new disc from the same batch and got about 3 minutes of use before it flew off, and then would not stick at all. These pads are inferior junk.

Beware
The backing for this is plastic and if you apply any pressure to what you are sanding, you will eventually work the plastic from not holding, rendering this useless.

Nonoperable Plastic Garbage
These pads have a fundamental design flaw - mounting base is made of thin plastic. I didn’t get through one sanding disc before the heat of the tool operation melted through the screw holes and the sanding disc flew off. I tried with a second, being very careful with seating the screws etc and got the same result. Pic shows OEM pad (the top disintegrated before the mounting screw holes) on far left, the two replacements I installed and now have melted screw holes and a third replacement as it came out of the box. Don’t get scammed on this garbage.

Do not buy this product!
These replacement pads are very poor!!! Actually. the pads are good, but the backing product is not! I ordered eight of them and four have already failed. The material that holds the mounting screws failed within 5 minutes on each disc. I used the original mounting screws and the disc backing failed on each disc. Poorly made product. I won't order again...

These have a lump in the middle. Don’t buy.
The replacement pads have a lump. I have a 1 1/2” sanding area. My work is suffering greatly. This is a professional business. Open since 2003. I have never had such lousy replacement pads.
