Does what it says on the tin
This product which is proudly made in China (In fact the box in which it arrived had ‘Made in China’ written all over !) is an excellent piece of kit …. Makes lot of ice from one full measuring jug of water and is easy to operate. It stops automatically once all the water is used up. So far certainly not disappointed. It is pricey but as long as it does what it says on the tin, who cares!

Excellent product
Easy to use. Ice within 15 minutes. I would suggest you change the ice making time to plus 5 go get properly square ice cubes. Standard time creates ice cubes with a hole in them no matter the ambient temperature.

It’s ok
It makes ice but doesn’t keep it cold. So you need to use it or lose it 🤣

Non functioning
Unfortunately, ours did not function upon arrival. The customer service support did try to help and return was super easy. We may just get another and hope for a functional one this time. My research indicated this model should produce well.

It's worth the extra money
This beast is awesome, makes ice quickly, quieter than other products I have used and although a bit on the expensive side, I do not regret a penny.
