Take it off before you go shopping.
Tried the helmet on adjusted it to fit my head.then went shopping at tescos.got home I realised I'd forgotten to take it off. What a comfortable helmet,I'm going to wear it in bed tonight,it's so lightweight.

Only took a couple of minutes to set strap and fit to correct size I usually wear a bandana under helmet to help with comfort but this felt very comfortable without one nice and lightweight too.
