This item is garbage. The first issue was when I started it, it is so loud you just want to turn it off, but your cant until the cycle finishes. Even if you unplug it and plug it back in, you cannot open it to get you stuff out. rTook me an hour to get my cell phone out after a 5 minute session. Item also arrived and was obviosuly used, yet the description did not say refurbished, it even has the refusrb inspection tag ont he side.

Did not know machine wasn't made for apnea product

While it works well. SOCLEAN has failed to support the latest CPAP models, making it essentially useless. My CPAC was replaced to achieve compatibility with mobile network protocol. The new SoClean has no adapter for the latest model.

First filter died. Machine quit working. New filter $31 will not work. This is a ripoff and piece of junk.

First thing, you are paying a fortune for a device that truly does not work as described. I cultured items after I had put them thru the machine, and guess what, still had nearly the same number of bacteria. Minute changes. Next thing, the refills are just as over priced. Sent the results to the company and received a very RUDE and misleading letter back.Don't waste your money. Seen these recently at a local auction for $5.00 each, brand new so that should be a sign. Garbage!!!

The filter dies at exactly 6 month. It doesn’t matter if you used once or 100 times, it dies. The replacement filter is $31! You can buy new devices on auction sites for half that. But why would I do it, you’re filling up landfills and in 6 months you still have a useless paper weight.
