Highly recommended!This attractive volume is packed with practical advice and techniques to help you identify opportunities from a customer perspective. It's well-researched and referenced, but also has a wealth of real-world experience the authors bring to the table. Anyone looking to re-invent their business and survive in the 21st century should get this book and follow its word.

I've read way too many business books to remember and entered into this kicking and screaming, at the insistence of the leader of our latest planning session. Yikes, was I in for a surprise! The session was much more productive than any in the past few years, by overwhelming agreement, and we will be referring back to The Art again as we execute. Maybe it's the visuals, or the layout. The process just clicked.If you think you've seen it all, think again. We're now considering bring in one or more of the authors to facilitate. Let's see where this new approach takes us.

I read The Art of Opportunity with nonprofit organizations in mind. It's a real fit for many nonprofit groups I have worked with in the western US and Canada. I find more and more that the plans that get executed are the ones the people can see drawn out -- just like the processes described in the book.

I purchased this book for all of our consultants at Coraggio Group. It's well-organized, insightful and forward-thinking. The authors provide useful tools that are very helpful and easy to use. This is an easy book for me to recommend to anyone who is looking to grow their business or simply needs a fresh perspective on ways to approach how to design strategy.

First off I love books that are more engaging and fun to read...and even more so when they are practical and usable. I am also a facilitator and work with many companies. I have referenced this book for ideas and concepts more than once. It is a staple on my bookshelf!

We ordered this book for our quarterly strategy planning and its beyond expectations. Its both sophisticated and very user friendly, making it accessible for many levels of our planning process. I highly recommend it.
