As expected.
This is my first ever foam roller- so I have nothing to compare it to. Its is firm and I've been able to perform all the exercises recommended by the physiotherapist- so can't complain!

Does the job!
Helps me roll out tight muscles easily. Feel the benefits whilst rolling. Perfect size all round & easy to use. No complaints so far

Good variety of textures but I found it too hard and would like a softer one.
